Refund policy

At PawMium, we maintain strict pharmaceutical-grade hygiene standards for all our supplements. Because our products are ingestible, we have a firm return policy to ensure the safety and quality of every jar we sell.
1. Timeframe & Eligibility
All return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage: (e.g., shattered jars or broken seals upon arrival). Clear photographic proof is required.
- Severe Allergic Reactions: We accept returns for allergies only if accompanied by certified veterinary documentation linking the reaction directly to our ingredients.
2. Non-Refundable Items
To protect our inventory and safety standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Palatability: If your pet simply dislikes the taste or refuses to eat it. To address this, we recommend gradually introducing the "Daily Ritual" by mixing a smaller dose into their favorite wet food or treats to promote a smoother transition.
- Minor Digestive Upset: Temporary loose stools are common when introducing new active ingredients or probiotics and do not qualify for a refund. Only documented and verified severe allergic reactions, substantiated by a licensed veterinarian, will be considered
- Change of Mind or Purchasing Errors: If you bought the wrong formula or simply no longer need the product.
- Improper Storage: Powder clumping or damage due to leaving the jar unsealed or exposed to moisture.
3. The Return Process
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Step 1: Email us at info@mypawmium.com or contact us at 018 324 7296, with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo/vet evidence within 15 days.
- Step 2: If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and drop-off instructions for our Petaling Jaya facility.
- Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs
PawMium will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For authorized returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered, seal perfectly intact), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank to process the funds.
