All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays).

West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) & Sabah & Sarawak (East Malaysia)

  • West Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • East Malaysia: 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. (Please note that this is subject to our courier partners' flight schedules and logistical arrangements).

Currently, our direct website checkout is optimized exclusively for deliveries within Malaysia.

Important Shipping Disclaimers:

  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to PawMium due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply before the order is dispatched again.
  • Courier Delays: Once a parcel is handed over to our courier partners, PawMium is not legally liable for unforeseen logistical delays (e.g., extreme weather, festive season backlogs). However, our customer service team is always here to help liaise with the courier to locate your package if delays occur.
