We are incredibly proud of the clinical science and patented actives behind Tri-Gest, Good Move, and Shine On. However, our products are premium nutritional supplements, not medications intended to diagnose, treat, or cure veterinary diseases.

  • Because every pet is wonderfully unique, individual results will naturally vary based on their age, breed, and baseline health.
  • We are your partners in proactive wellness, but we do not replace your vet. We always encourage you to consult your trusted veterinarian before introducing any new supplement into your pet's routine, especially if they have existing health conditions.

2. Orders & Account Accuracy

To ensure your pet’s "Daily Ritual" arrives at your doorstep without a hitch, please make sure your shipping, billing, and contact details are completely accurate at checkout. Occasionally, to make sure we have enough fresh stock for all our pet parents, we may need to limit the quantities purchased per order.

3. Respecting Our Craft (Intellectual Property)

We have poured years of research, love, and hard work into our proprietary formulations, our custom packaging, and our brand identity. We gladly share our products with you and your pets, but we kindly ask that you respect our intellectual property. Please do not copy, resell, or use our logos, images, or slogans for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We are constantly striving for excellence, which means our product packaging or formulations might receive slight upgrades over time. Additionally, because we use high-quality natural extracts, the physical color or texture of the powders may vary slightly from batch to batch, or look slightly different than they do on your phone screen.

We formulate every PawMium product with the highest pharmaceutical-grade safety standards in mind. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, by using our website and products, you agree that PawMium Sdn Bhd cannot be held legally liable for indirect damages, unforeseen circumstances, or individual physiological reactions to our products.

PawMium is proudly born and raised in Malaysia! As such, these terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any formal resolutions will take place in the jurisdiction of Selangor.
